A few meters from the entrance of Elatochori village I would recommend you make a stop for food at Agnanti tavern. 

Agnanti is a tavern that looks over Katerini and Olympus mountain. The view is amazing, especially if you catch a table at the edge of the tavern near the large windows that gives you the ability to watch even the slightest light from the town of Pieria.

Quick service, organized price lists, approachable staff and a very good menu...no words to describe it! The wine flows plenty and the quality is excellent!

If you visit the new village of Elatohori with your friends, visit Agnanti and you will fully feel the hospitality of the village.
