The moment you take the turn from Patision Str to Karamanlaki str, you tranfser to a different decade, a decade when appartments' terraces where styled in fer forge.

This is the kind of terrace you can enjoy in the 14th Karamanlaki appartment, on the 5th floor of a retro buidling, where multispace the.flat athens found a home and changed our cultural identity.

It is my favourite space - home!

A space with an entrance hall, a dining room, two wonderful bedrooms and a marvelous bathroom, all made off a retro mood but also keeping some contemporary references.

Black, white and yellow are the colors used for the design, which managed to compine a pop style with the chic urban stule of the 60s, enhancing the architectural elements of the appartment. A wooden floor, beautiful railings around the terrace, high ceiling rooms, vintage switchs on the walls and old wooden furniture.

I was totaly delighted when they told me what the.Flat can offer to any visitor:

- Exhibitions of artists,

- Different types of Bazaars,

- Multi-day seminars and daily lectures on theater, culture, etc.

- Evenings with movies and popcorn (!),

- Yoga and Pillates courses,

- Books and music (cds) presentations,

- Or simply a house for a birthday party, if yours is not the right one (This is the reason i first went to the the.flat; having a surprise party for a friend),

- Α clockroom, where you can rent clothes and accessories for a theatrical event or a sophisticated night out, even for Halloween. You can also exchange one of yours with on of theirs,

- The exclusive and delicious cup-cakes made by Tonia Agiopetritou,

- Theatrical groups who can book the place, if the performance is in alignment with the.Flat values.

The.Flat Athens is a meeting place for people who in a hamble way love the diversity and the warmth of such a space. A place where they can feel familiar.

I totally recommend this place to any of you!

I also want to sent my congrats to flat.athen's team.
