The bridge was initially built to connect two people: A thief and a duchess.

It was made for love and it is thought to be haunted by love.

The Bridge of Duchess Plakentia as the call it, is somewhere in Melissia district.

It is built upon a beautiful creek which splits the nature of Melissia district in two parts.

Cars and busses are banned to cross this bridge, so you can get up there, leave your car or bus near by and enter a different world.

You can see the sky dressed with its clearest blue colors and enjoy the view of Penteli and Hemitos mountain.

There is no creek or other obstacles that could keep a thief and a duchess separated, when love can create such a monuments.

I am almost definite that her majesty must have wondered at least once, if her heart was stollen by the thief or the beautiful bridge.

I still wonder.
