The volcano of Milos have the last activity before 90000-100000 years, but continues to "fuming", waiting for the right conditions to throw back the lava.

The feeling that can create your ascent to the volcano, it's another thing to write it and another thing to experience it.

Landscape which is beautiful and wild, the crater, the holes with hydrogen sulfide, caves, soft rock, the smell.

The route is very nice, especially if you go in the afternoon, you only need two hours to ascend and descend. From the top of the volcano we saw the South side of the island from above, hidden beaches and white cliffs, and even the Plaka and the harbor looking towards to the north.

The descent was made by the so-called road for goats, but we did okay!

The route starts and ends at the beach of Agias Kirakis.
